With the aging population in the US, PLUS the effects of the STILL ACTIVE COVID-19 pandemic that officials have decided to just let run rampant in the population, whoever thinks it is smart to CUT services for the elderly and disabled needs their heads checked. 

I could go on for paragraphs about how the cruelty is the point, by I will simply ask this. When your parent or grandparent needs to use the bathroom at HOUR 61... and you have chronic conditions as well, and can't lift them. WHO is going to help them not sit in their own and for the next 112 hours until THE STATE ALLOWS THEM TO HAVE CARE AGAIN? 

Your decisions here affect REAL human beings, and rules like this are basically human rights violations disguised in pretty language. It's not a matter of IF you will become disabled in this lifetime, it's WHEN. The state of VA needs to DO BETTER.
