On page 8 it is unclear how the CANS Lifetime and the Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) will work.  Is the CANS replacing the CNA?  And if so, does it meet licensing and Medicaid requirements?  Why use the CANS Lifetime instead of an existing assessment tool, particularly for the adult SMI population?
