Forest preschools should be exempt from indoor space requirement provided that (i) there are 75 square feet of outdoor space available for each child in attendance at all times. (ii) Emergency plans are in place for inclement weather. (iii) Parents are notified that the program does not have indoor facilities prior to enrollment.
