Requiring a center to stock and potentially administer opens us up to enormous liability.  We are not medical professionals and should not be expected to make medical decisions as such.  We have stringent guidelines for administering medications in the center and this is a direct contradiction. It also adds another high risk policy/procedure management responsibility, as well as considerable expense.
