greatly oppose use of epi pen

I am writing as a daycare provider to express concern about the proposed stock EpiPen requirement. This mandate would create significant additional costs for both daycare providers and parents. Most children do not require an EpiPen, and we cannot predict which child may need one. Additionally, our teachers are not medically trained to administer EpiPens safely.

This requirement could place working families in difficult situations, potentially affecting their ability to continue working if childcare becomes too costly or complicated. I respectfully ask that you consider the financial impact on daycare providers and the families we serve before moving forward with this proposal.

Thank you for your attention.
