I am concerned about the thought of lowering the qualifications for directors. I have been in the ECE business for over 30 years. I have had many directors and have been a director. The combination of education and experience is hugely important in doing this job. Experience in the classroom helps directors relate to the teachers and have a good understanding as to what it takes to be in a classroom all day.
