It is important for children's well-being for diapers to be changed when needed (so checked regularly). HOWEVER, requiring an individual sign off on every single child every 2 hours will be time-consuming documentation that will take away from the supervision and care of children. Documentation that the group is checked as part of the daily routines should be sufficient.
