Daily health checks are a reasonable measure to support health & well-being of the group & prevent outbreaks of communicable disease; HOWEVER, please ensure that the wording of the regulation and the associated guidance allow a quick visual scan and VERY simple documentation.  Requiring a time-consuming procedure or a whole form to fill out for each child will result in taking away staff supervision and care of the children during drop-off time, as centers are highly unlikely to hire extra personnel to perform health checks at drop-off. (5 minutes per child in a group of 20 children is an hour! And  many parents will drop off at the same time, so a 5 minute check, for example, could slow a parent down by 15-20 minutes if they have to wait in line.)
