Opposed to Epi Pen Stocking at Centers

After speaking with a medical professional, I became aware of how dangerous this regulation could be.  Only a health professional should order this drug as it could be used by center staff to treat conditions for which it is not appropriate. Training staff to administer epi pens is not the same as being trained to recognize other conditions such as anxiety, asthma, etc.

In reading the legislation, the law applies to k -12 not preschool, infants and toddlers. K-12 schools have access to a nurse to give medical advice.  Preschools do not and use 911 for a medical emergency.
