I fully support the petition to revise the regulations surrounding buprenorphine (Suboxone) prescribing. The proposed updates would eliminate unnecessary barriers to care and allow clinical practice that aligns with the latest scientific understanding of opioid use disorder (OUD) and endorsed by leading medical organizations. I strongly urge the Board to adopt them to improve access to life-saving treatment.
