This bill is filled with "baseless bias," as my minister says. Transgender people are not a threat. Stop the hate toward and demonizing of the transgender community. If you really care about protecting women and girls, then do something to stop domestic violence by cisgender men and gun violence generally. That's who is committing the most attacks on us.
