I strongly oppose this petition. It is a baseless, politically motivated attempt to use trans people, especially trans women and girls, as pawns in a culture war. It has no foundation in science  https://www.sciencenews.org/article/biological-sex-male-female-intersex or public health, and falls outside the legal authority of the Board.

These attacks hurt trans people, and they also create harmful scrutiny on all women and girls. This is not about fairness, it's about control. Please deny this petition
