Trans women are women, and they do not inherently pose any threat to cis women like me. The Family Foundation and the individuals who filed this petition have no interest in addressing the issues that actually affect women's health, including sexual and domestic violence, access to abortions and reproductive health care, poverty and climate change. Their only real interest is in punishing people they can't control, people who don't fit their narrow definition of humanity. Their targeting of a small, vulnerable community, women who just want to use the bathroom and play sports without having to deny their own identity or risk violence from bigots, is hateful and pathetic. Please reject Petition 432 and focus on legitimate public health needs.
