I oppose this legislation which is designed to limit select members of our community from living full integrated lives.  This bill’s goal is to sideline trans athletes who are less than 1% of our population and is creating a problem where one doesn’t exist. As a former collegiate athlete, I couldn’t think of anything more ridiculous and wasteful of our State’s time and resources.

Pure and simple, any legislation designed to prevent access and participation is discrimination and is based on hatred.
