I urge the VA Board of Health to approve this petition for rulemaking to limit female sports and spaces to biological women only. This is NOT discrimination; it's about fairness, safety and truth. Women and girls are the most negatively impacted by those who ignore the biological reality of the physical differences between men/boys and women/girls. The state has a duty to protect its citizens from policies that a) enable the more biologically stronger gender having access to locker rooms with girls and women and b) facilitates the unfair advantage for men and boys to win in competitions they likely couldn't win against their own biological gender.
