I find it amazing that people actually think this discrimination; it's frankly a lie to call it that. The biological reality of only two sexes cannot be denied. And WHY should girls/women be subjected to males in their locker rooms, bathrooms and showers; to be exposed to male genetalia, to be humiliated and have THEIR safety threatened—all for just a few people who clearly have gender dysphoria issues? These “transgender” competitors have a clear advantage over biological women. Why don't they just start their own league? Wouldn't that solve the problem here?  This is about protecting our daughters and women who deserve fair treatment based on reality. Why should those whose lives are based on science and biology bend over backwards for a few who shouldn't be mistreated, but helped through therapy ?  No, it's time to stand up and protect women's sports and integrity.

I STONGLY urge the Virginia Board of Health to approve this petition for rulemaking to limit female sports and spaces to biological women only. This is not about discrimination; it’s about fairness, safety, and truth. Ignoring biological reality in favor of ideology harms women and girls the most. The state has a duty to protect its citizens, especially the most vulnerable, from policies that erase meaningful distinctions between male and female. Please approve this request for rulemaking and help Virginia lead the way in protecting women’s sports and spaces.
