This has everything to do with women’s civil rights. If you do uphold this you are taking away women’s  fundamental rights for safety, fairness, and equality in the facade of “inclusivity, discrimination, and anti trans rhetoric”.  If you fail this you are putting the rights of men who identify as women before the fundamental civil rights of women.
