Female spaces need to be limited to biological females. There is no discrimination in allowing females to feel safe in female spaces - the reason we have female spaces is so that females do not have to feel threatened by males no matter their preferred orientation. It's the right thing to do - if only to keep females safe! Ignoring biological reality in favor of changing ideology harms girls the most! And most especially young girls who are already unsure of the biological changes going on during their very formative developing years. The state has a duty to protect its most vulnerable citizens - this petition for rulemaking must continue to protect females! Virginia should do what's right and lead the way to protect girls spaces! And not only the spaces, but the sports these females participate in. Biological reality can never be changed with hormones or stunting growth! Male and females are different - and its wholly unfair and abusive to force girls to have to participate with the male human species biologically built stronger. And if they are not forced - then a girl must choose whether to participate at all instead of being harmed by the stronger physicality of a male, for shame. Please do the right thing!
