To whom this may concern,

My name is Asher Van Curen (he/him), a trans man who has resided in Virginia for most of my life. Petition 432 threatens a minority group of transgender and gender nonconforming Virginians by encroaching on our rights as humans to utilize restroom facilities. Such attacks will not be tolerated by members of the trans community such as myself and violate the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Protection Clause, and Title IX. As such, the petition is unreasonable, unlawful, and inhumane. To our public officials, please deny the petition and stop this nonsensical wave of hate striking our state.
