As a biologically female, heterosexual woman in Virginia and a mother of a biologically female daughter, I wholeheartedly oppose this petition. Neither my daughter nor I or our other female community members are made more safe by this bill. I am not made unsafe by transgender athletes - they do not affect my psychological or physical safety. In fact, making an issue out of this extreme minority in our community makes THEM less safe. It is transgender men and woman whose safety is most at risk. I strongly recommend the Board focus on action to make them more safe, more included and treated with fairness. Transgender people exist. Transgender people have rights. Transgender people deserve fair treatment - in sports and all other aspects of life. There is a way for us to create a fair society for al. Rules like this are the opposite,
