Where, in these priorities, does the request to "make, adopt, promulgate, and enforce regulations" fall? How will the Board "make, adopt, promulgate, and enforce" regulations that require young people to PROVE that males are claiming or pretending to be females?
How does the demonstration of proof not fall into sexual abuse? Sexual abuse is defined as any sexual activity that occurs without consent. If someone is forced to prove their claim of gender, and are required to show proof, does that mean allowing an unwanted visualization of their genitalia? And to whom?
