I strongly oppose this petition. Statistics don't lie. Trans women are not a threat and are much more likely to be victims of violence. There is no reason for the continuing attacks on the trans community when they are less than 1% of our population. Please do your jobs and begin focusing on issues that matter instead of continuing to attack a vulnerable minority group. This is not a health and safety issue for anyone except trans women, who this petition would harm their health, happiness, and safety. Please, for all Virginians, do better.
