My 15 year old daughter has to share a locker room with a male student. When I made it clear this is unacceptable, the school forced her to wait in the hall until the male student was done. This is a daily occurrence in Chesterfield County. Girls have no expectation of privacy in their bathrooms or locker rooms. Make no mistake, "trans women" are in fact men. As such, they should not have the right to infringe on the rights of women just because they want to.

Virginia administrative code 22VAc40-61-460 states that any restroom with multiple stalls has to be designated by sex, either male or female. At the time this law was coded, no one thought of enforcement. People, mostly, respected each other's rights. "Trans" people do not respect the rights of others, especially women. So now we need laws to keep men out of female only spaces. I beg of you to do the right thing and protect the rights of the girls and women of Virginia.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
