As someone who has worked with vulnerably housed transgender teens, I oppose this petition.  It is putting trans women and girls at risk by placing them in the middle of culture wars and creating an environment of fear.  These athletes deserve a respectful plan that allows them to compete with their peers.  Too much hate and energy has been expended already for the less than ten athletes in our schools. Please deny this petition.
