This change will support the health of providers. There are providers that do not seek the intensive treatment that they may need due to fear of losing their license. Ethical clinicians will seek treatment rather than allow their own symptoms to negatively impact their clients. Its the people who don't seek treatment that the board needs to be concerned with.
