I am writing as a concerned citizen in the Commonwealth about non-surgeon performing eye surgeries.  I oppose suggested proposal.  

Please help uphold the highest standards for every surgical procedure by ensuring appropriate training, what is achieved through medical school training, residencies and fellowships.
