I believe the new regulations will hurt students with disabilities as they struggle to meet nearly impossible standards. Some students are born with autism and learning difficulties that hamper their ability to perform on standardized tests, but they can make improvements on their IEP goals and learn vocational training skills to be productive members of society. Less affluent schools will be targeted because they may not have the resources that other more affluent schools will have to ensure their students meet and exceed expectations. Please reconsider these measures.
