I oppose this proposed regulation. All laws that have been proposed against hunting with hounds in recent years have been voted down in the house and the senate. Attempting to regulate this through government agencies perverts the legislative process. If the legislatures are voting with their constituents then why is a government agency attempting to go against the majority of the commonwealths voters?
