I oppose this regulation. This proposed regulation unfairly targets and penalizes deer and bear hunters using dogs. The hound trespass regulation, if enacted, creates what amounts to DOG TRESPASS AS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE. This is absolutely ridiculous and makes an honest hunter out to be a dern criminal. Cmon folks
