I strongly oppose the hound trespass bill. How can you separate dog groups on which can cross property lines and which can't? There are dozens of "hound-ish" house dogs in my neighborhood that bump game animals including deer and bear across my property every day. If my hounds/pets are not welcome to move freely anymore I would feel it necessary to call everyday to ensure we all play by the same rules. Hope you have there resources to handle that. I don't feel like I will be the only one. Make a smart choice and leave it alone.
