I’ve been alcohol and “hard drug” free for 8 years. I started a career shortly after getting cleaned up with the help of kratom. I have taken a small amount daily with my vitamins for years now. The same amount. It helps with anxiety and depression. Ya know kind of like the prescription medication that doctors try to shove down our throats? Which are way more harmful and dangerous… I’ve been down that road too. Kratom just needs to be regulated to make sure it’s safe and only the kratom leaf in what is being sold. Nobody has ever died from just consuming kratom. It’s always mixed with something else. Other hard drugs, alcohol etc. I’m sure consuming in extract form can have adverse effects as well. But just ground up kratom leaf, you’d throw up before you could consume enough to severely harm you. Also, ALCOHOL IS LEGAL. If you think kratom should be a schedule 1 then alcohol should be as well. Alcohol destroys lives every second of every day..
