Kratom is an effective and safer alternative to addictive opiate based painkillers which are destroying families and communities across the country. It should be considered in that context as a much lesser evil. Where is the data on kratom overdoses or addictions? We already have that with opiates. Based on the facts, there are no grounds on which banning Kratom makes logical sense.
