Keep Kratom legal!

Kratom should absolutely remain legal! It is a far far safer alternative to all prescribed opioids out there, and it is also far safer than alcohol or tobacco. It has helped many people quit alcohol and helped just as many with chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and all sorts of other conditions. Kratom is not a dangerous substance. I know many people who have taken it for years and never developed any serious health condition. This is morally reprehensible. We the people should have the right to choose what we consume. This is nothing but an angry money-grab by big pharmaceutical companies with the FDA doing the dirty work. The same people who are using Kratom now for their conditions may instead turn to Fentanyl or Heroin if Kratom is made illegal, and then they will likely overdose and die. Kratom is impossible to overdose on. Keep it legal!
