Kratom's psychoactive effects can lead to impaired judgment

Kratom's psychoactive effects can lead to impaired judgment and cognitive function, increasing the likelihood of hazardous behaviors and accidents. These impairments pose significant risks to both users and the public. The inconsistent legality and lack of standardized dosing further exacerbate these dangers. Schedule I classification will help mitigate these risks.
