Kratom helps my family

I have three family members with chronic pain. All three are prescribed all the standard pharmaceuticals (Vicadin, Oxy, Norco, etc), yet they all have seemed to have banded together in preference of Kratom. It is believed to be a healthier option - one that is natural and one where the dose is better controlled.

I myself have tried it a handful of times from my curiousity and worry of my loved ones. It is not for me, but I must say it is not a dangerous substance. This is why I write today.

Kratom is simply a medicinal plant. There is no reason that Americans should be restricted from medicinal plants, especially when the use-case if for pain management and NOT recreation. It makes me ashamed as a proud American that these pain solutions would be regulated to a point of criminality.

Please don't limit our freedom of choice, especially when it comes to healthcare. Let my family be free to make their own decisions.

Thank you,

Teddy
