numerous cases of toxicity associated with Kratom use

Kratom use has been linked to numerous cases of toxicity and adverse health effects reported by poison control centers. These cases often involve severe symptoms that require emergency medical intervention. The high potential for abuse and lack of accepted medical use make kratom a prime candidate for Schedule I classification. This move will help safeguard public health by restricting access and ensuring stricter regulatory oversight.
