This plant causes very little societal problems. I have used it safely for years without negative results. Banning it will just cause more problems. At a time where weed use is becoming so ridiculously common, it makes no sense to legislate against an another plant with fewer side effects. I am all for regulating for safety, but banning it completely will cause more harm than good.
