Do the proper research to make the right decision

It is very clear that some groups have taken advantage of the online forum and are posting tons of anonymous comments and negative comments under the names of people who are vocal supporters of kratom. Don't listen to these people who are leaving the hateful, uninformed comments. Seek out the scientific studies we have available and do the proper research on kratom. I've been taking it for about 4 years now, and my life has never been better. I just graduated with my masters degree in social work, and I'm starting a job as a therapist soon. Kratom gave me relief from my back pain, as well as a boost in motivation and energy, which greatly helped my depression and adhd. Before kratom, I nearly lost my job and I could hardly get anything done. My life was really falling apart. With kratom, I have been able to accomplish things I couldn't before.

I have done my own research on kratom, prior to taking it, and there is way too much misinformation spreading around. Not a single person has died from a Kratom overdose. The amount you'd have to take to overdose is ridiculous, and anyone would throw up before getting to that point. Any deaths claimed to be caused by kratom have been investigated, and the individuals all had illegal substances in their toxicology reports - i.e. fentanyl, heroin, etc. Fentanyl kills people; Kratom does not. You can look into these cases yourself and see what really caused the deaths.

Don't take away something that has helped so many people get their lives back. A ban will absolutely result in more opioid overdoses, and it will makes a lot of citizens lives harder than they before. Kratom is a safe and effective supplement for many ailments, and it has helped many people get away from opioids.

I'm very willing to talk to representatives if they choose to contact me by email, and I can tell you my story and what I know about kratom. I'm also enrolled in an upcoming study with John's Hopkins hospital to help dispel some of the misinformation and provide new research to inform our representatives and citizens. I'm very passionate about this topic, and I hope you make the right decision. Thanks!
