I have been taking kratom for 5 years for my scoliosis, I cannot sleep at night without it. Kratom has improved my quality of life 10 fold, I suspect yall are on big pharmas payroll. There are currently millions of people in the world who take this plant for all kinds of ailments and use it safely, and to take that away would be disgusting and un-American, also I got to the doctor regularly and I'm still in perfect health, the stories you hear about people overdosing, these people normally have multiple drugs in there system on top of kratom or some kind of underlying health issue which could've caused there deaths anyways. Do not ban this plant, I haven't seen a valid reason anywhere for doing so.
