The carpel tunnel in my hands and spasms subside when I’m working only when I take the herb. It’s not easy to because I can’t use naproxen or ibuprofen. Don’t take my right our right as adults to use a viable alternative to the pills. I can’t use opioids  . This is sure to be one more reason I can’t maintain work. I don’t have options.
