There are so many benign and therapeutic uses to this plant. Scheduling it would be such a miscarriage of power and push many residents into black markets unnecessarily. I hope we do not intend to put more people in jail simply because the news has reported on deaths somewhere... how many Virginians die each day from alcohol-related morbidities? The state literally sells it to them.
