This is horrible to see. Please, if you feel the need to regulate this amazing plant, look into the Kratom consumer protection act (KCPA.) 

I think ALL citizens of Virginia who take Kratom on a regular basis do so as they would a cup of coffee as opposed to something much more nefarious. I am SURE they would be okay with an 18+/21+ age limit instead of making such an immediate and drastic change to schedule ONE of all places. Please think of the citizens you represent…
