I began taking 500 mg Kratom capsules 3 years ago to try to control my back pain instead of taking the prescription Hyrdocodone that my Doctor put me on. It has enabled me to quit taking hydrocodone. I have experienced no side effects during this time. Instead of banning kratom, follow the advice of the American Kratom Association and regulate it.
