F.   "....staff shall make three attempts at supervised tummy time for approximately three to four minutes at a time."

     * It is more reasonable for staff in an infant room to be cognizant of encouraging tummy time for a recommended period as opposed to being concerned with the number of times.  The expectation of keeping track of non-mobile children on a numerical basis can add undue stress in an already active environment.
