Very happy to see this change being considered for 8VAC20-781-90 and TB testing requirements.  We see a lot of potential staff that are applying at multiple centers and getting their TB tests to meet the 30-day prior to beginning work sometimes does not happen while we are waiting on results of background checks prior to starting.  This will help avoid potential staff members from having to pay for additional unnecessary testing or re-screening to meet the 30-day requirement if extended to 90 days.
