While it is always important to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times, there are situations where a teacher is place in a difficult position and may have to make a hard choice that may cause a child to be left unattended for a short period of time. What other definition will be place on this to include any time frame, specific circumstances, when a child runs back into the classroom or out of a classroom, etc.
