Bodie was in an unlicensed program, no matter what we put in these standards none of it would have mattered. In fact I think the shear complexity and length of these standards is a huge barriers to licensure that keeps unlicensed programs popping up and prevents well meaning carers from seeking licensure. We need to address accessibility to licensure and the biggest burdens of this regulation that prevent programs from being licensed.
