I disagree with this ridiculous petition!!!!!!!

Who stays awake at night to think up these ridiculous petitions?  They obviously don't do their own research or talk to those agencies who have all of the correct information concerning these accusations about the menhaden fishing industry.

The fish and seawater are pumped through a hose where a dewatering screen allows the fish to go into the vessel's fish hold.  The water is discharged back into the body of water where it came from.  The water is returned after 5-6 seconds.  This process is what environmentalists and recreational fishermen are calling pollution.  Nothing is added to the discharge water for the few seconds it is on the vessel.

This is another attempt to pursue any new regulation that may gain traction in order to shut down the historic menhaden fishing industry for the Chesapeake Bay.
