Everyone will be affected

If this is truly a run at pollution and not just another ploy to find a way to attack Omega then everyone will be affected. The Commercial fisherman who power wash crab pots, pound nets, gill nets…etc. The fish they pull out the water put on their boat for the excess water and fish parts to run back over from bilge pumps or out scupper holes. Recreational fishermen who dump fish and fish parts over board to attract other fish creating their “chum slick”, as well as cleaning their catch and throwing it over. Cleaning their boat down and spraying the blood, scales, fins back over with water taken from overboard and put back with a concentrate of these things. These normal practices will all need permits and fall under the same regulations as proposed. What’s good for one is good for all.
