To All Whom This May Concern,

With all due respect, I write to you from my behalf of the recreational community. Specifically addressing, holding commercial menhaden fisherman accountable. No matter the stakes. More specifically, the gear being used inappropriately. I understand the nets being used to catch "bunker" are being deployed in a matter that is harmful to fish habitat, marine life and all by catch. I wish to set forth or act in accordance with a motion that ceases all menhaden fishing done under illegal acts of performance, at the very least. 

Some of us try our very best to follow the law. Simply to be a good citizen if to be nothing else. However, if I must by abide by all rules as a recreational fisherman, I would love to believe, with confidence and high expectations, that all commercial fishing is being performed legally and with equipment intented for the sole purpose of its quarry. With minimal imapcts to our marine environment.
